Refund policy

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unmounted, and in their original condition. Because the plaques are adhesive-backed, any plaque that has been mounted or has had its adhesive backing removed is not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

You are responsible for return shipping. There is no restocking fee.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or is not what you ordered, report it within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the item and your order number.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
